County Connect was born from a simple but powerful belief: every voice deserves to be heard. We saw a gap - a lack of platforms where neurodiverse individuals could lead, shape, and shine. So we built one. Known as 'Project Radio' and run from County Care's Community Skills Project Hubs, a safe and supportive space has been created where creativity, confidence, and community thrives.

What started as a small idea, has grown into a vibrant, inclusive radio station powered by passion. County Connect radio exists because one small idea was given a chance to grow.

Our team aren’t just playing music. They’re learning new skills, building friendships and discovering their strengths. Every show is a celebration of individuality. Every broadcast is a reminder that representation matters. And every day, we’re proving what’s possible when people are given the chance to be heard.
